The Founders

Celine Atallah

Attorney Celine Atallah is a co-founder, Chairwoman of the board, and President of Atallah Foundation. She has pursued a career in the legal field, earning a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2013.

Attorney Atallah established Atallah Law Group upon graduating from law school, with which she specializes in all types of immigration law. Her passion in advocating on behalf of immigrants stems from being an immigrant herself: She is originally from Deir El Ahmar, Lebanon and came to the United States at a very young age.

Attorney Atallah was honored among the Top 10 Attorneys in Massachusetts in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Additionally, she was recognized as a Lawyer of Distinction in 2019 and 2020 in addition to being Top Attorney in North America in 2019 and 2020.

Prior to establishing Atallah Law Group, Attorney Atallah garnered valuable expertise in the industry as a legal assistant for Shaheen & Gordon P.A. Through his expertise, Attorney Bill Shaheen, who is a former US Attorney and Judge, supported and continues to support Attorney Atallah in her endeavors.

In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Attorney Atallah is affiliated with the National Immigration Project, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Bachir Atallah

Attorney Bachir Atallah is the cofounder and vice president of the Atallah Foundation and the founder of Atallah Law Firm LLC. He earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, graduated from the Maine Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Academy, and went on to earn a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Massachusetts School of Law.

Attorney Atallah is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He has amassed an extensive amount of experience in the real estate sector, working in contract law and taking on a multitude of real estate and personal injury cases.

Attorney Atallah is fluent in French, Russian, Arabic, and English. His multilingual talent enables him to work with individuals from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

Attorney Atallah is known for his compassionate approach to his clients. This distinctive trait is mostly palpable in his pro bono cases. Throughout his successful career, he has taken on several legal cases, defending individuals and groups from different religious and racial backgrounds.

Whether in terms of legal proficiency, real estate experience, or human rights involvement, Attorney Atallah’s contribution to the Atallah Foundation has been key to its success and growth.

George Atallah

Eng. George Atallah is a co-founder and clerk of the Atallah Foundation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame University in Lebanon and went on to complete a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, as well as an MBA from Temple University in Pennsylvania.

Eng. Atallah has more than two decades of experience in the environmental and water treatment fields. His expertise in infrastructure planning and execution enables him to lead the infrastructure projects undertaken by the Atallah Foundation.

On top of heading the technical department, Eng. Atallah is responsible for the management and operations of the Atallah Foundation.

Najat Atallah Naim

Najat Atallah is one of the co-founders of the Atallah Foundation; she is also the acting treasurer and financial manager of the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from Fairmount University in West Virginia.

Najat Atallah is an accomplished businesswoman and philanthropist. During her career as an established entrepreneur, she has formed a myriad of connections that have proved expedient to the success of the Atallah Foundation campaigns.

Naji Atallah

Naji Atallah is a co-founder and director of the Atallah Foundation. He earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Temple University in PA.

Throughout his professional career, which stretches for more than two decades, Naji Atallah has held multiple highly esteemed leadership and managerial positions in multiple sectors. His experience spans a wide spectrum of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, and finance. Naji Atallah’s experience in the public sector is similarly broad and accomplished, having worked with the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He is currently the RPA Technical Account Manager at UiPath.

Naji Atallah’s leadership and communication skills are of substantial value to the Atallah Foundation. Additionally, with his knowledge and experience in the latest and cutting-edge technologies (RPA, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence), he is able to initiate and lead highly relevant educational campaigns in this digital age.

Bill Shaheen

Attorney Bill Shaheen is a founding partner of Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., attorneys at law with offices in Dover, Concord, Manchester, and Portland, Maine.

He was a judge of the Durham District Court from 1981 to 1996.

From 1977 to 1981, he was a U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire.

In addition to his career in law, attorney Shaheen acts as the CEO and financial officer of several small businesses in the Seacoast area.

Attorney Shaheen’s Political Career:

   Co-Chair, State of New Hampshire – Jimmy Carter’s successful 1976 Presidential Campaign.

   Coordinator for Governor Jeanne Shaheen’s New Hampshire 1996 Gubernatorial Campaign and 2000/2008 U.S. Senate races.

–   Chair, State of New Hampshire -Vice President Al Gore’s successful 2000 Presidential Primary Campaign.

–   Chair, State of New Hampshire-Senator John Kerry’s successful 2004 Presidential Primary Campaign and General Election Campaign.

–   Chair, State of New Hampshire-Senator Hillary Clinton’s successful 2008 Presidential Primary Campaign.

–   Statewide Steering Committee Member, State of New Hampshire, 2008 and 2012 Re-Election Campaign-President Barack Obama.

Rullina Montes

Rullina Montes is the Chief Financial Officer of Arturo Kalaf LLC, Brooklyn, New York.

She is also a financial consultant for Montes & Merino, Santo Domingo.

On top of her career in finance, Rullina Montes has an extensive experience in public relations.

George Khoueiry

George Khoueiry earned his medical degree from the Lebanese University in Lebanon in 2004. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital (North Shore-LIJ Health System) and graduated in 2008. He was assigned as a chief resident for the internal medicine residency program at Staten Island University Hospital for the academic year 2008-2009, where he showed great leadership ability. Meanwhile, he also served as an academic faculty supervisor and associate director of student medical education. In 2012, he received his degree in cardiovascular medicine and graduated from Staten Island University Hospital.

He was assigned as Instructor of Medicine at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth in 2013. He went on to become a sub-specialist in interventional cardiology and completed his degree at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in 2014.

Dr. Khoueiry has graduated with honors and received multiple awards, specifically for his dedication to research and science. He has managed to publish multiple articles in clinical and basic science research in well-respected journals.

Currently, he practices cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology at North Oaks Regional Medical Center in the state of Louisiana.

Dr. Khoueiry is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine, the American Board of Interventional Cardiology, the National Board of Echocardiography, the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, and the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
